You get the design with material samples and an itemised estimate, then a dated programme.
Production and works
Feature walls and joinery are made in our production while the site team prepares the room.
Handover
We walk through every room with you, close the snag list and hand over the space finished and clean.

Our custom projects start from AED 100,000, for a majlis on its own or as part of a wider renovation.
Can you make the seating as well?
Yes. Seating, cushions and curtains are part of our scope, made in our production or sourced through our network of manufacturers.
Can we see materials before deciding?
Yes. Stone, wood veneers and textile finishes are in our showroom in Dubai.
